The cost of renting the property depends on if you want to rent the entire property for yourself, or if you just want to rent a room.  If you have a large group coming to the lodge and you will be using the majority of the bedrooms, then you will pay approximately $400 per night.  Renting the entire lodge is the preferred way to use the property, however, if the lodge is not reserved, then we are happy to rent out just one room. In that case, the cost per night is approximately $175. 

This is a short term rental property, meaning that it is similar to a hotel or inn.  Guests usually stay one to fourteen days.  

Yes, if you are booking our property through another site, such as VRBO, AirBnb or Expedia, then they will automatically add the cost of the renters insurance onto your invoice.  If you rent directly from us, then it is less expensive overall, but you will have to pay a security deposit, which is fully refundable as long as everything is left in good order and nothing is missing from the property.

Yes, depending on the length of stay, and whether your visit is during the busy season or not, we do offer discounts.  We want the cost to make sense based on what facilities you are using, how many beds, how many guests are in your party, etc.  The best way to get the most accurate pricing is by calling us at 719-999-2005 or emailing golf@playgrandote.com

Yes, we offer our "locals" pricing for golf, and a 10% discount on food purchased at either of our restaurants.  The pizzeria is located right across the street from the lodge, and the steakhouse is about 1/4 of a mile from the lodge.
