The cost of renting the property depends on if you want to rent the entire property for yourself, or if you just want to rent a room.  If you have a large group coming to the lodge and you will be using the majority of the bedrooms, then you will pay approximately $600 per night in the season and $400 per night in the winter.  

The Ranch House Inn is $130 per night during the season and $99 in the winter.

The RV Park sites are $60 per night or $600 per month plus electric.

These are a short term rental properties, so guests usually stay one to thirty days.  

Yes, or you can sign our document that states that you are liable for damage and you approve the charge on your credit card for any damage or excessive cleaning we must do. Pets are NOT allowed to sleep in our beds.  That will be an extra $150 added to your credit card.

Yes, depending on the length of stay, and whether your visit is during the busy season or not, we do offer discounts.  We want the cost to make sense based on what facilities you are using, how many beds, how many guests are in your party, etc.  The best way to get the most accurate pricing is by calling us at 719-999-2008 or emailing golf@playgrandote.com

Yes, if you are staying with us, then golf has a $10 discount per round.
