The Grandote Hospitality Properties

Our Hospitality Property is conveniently located directly across the street from the Grandote Peaks Golf Course and offers a variety of lodging options to accommodate individuals, families, groups, and special events. Guests can choose from three unique lodging properties:


Grandote Lodge – Accommodates up to 16 guests, depending on room configurations and whether accommodations are arranged for couples or single guests.


Ranch House Inn – Features five comfortable hotel rooms, each equipped with two queen beds.


RV Park – Offers 20 RV sites, including four pull-through spaces for larger rigs and easy access.



At the heart of the five-acre hospitality campus are the Terrace Restaurant and Event Center. The Event Center provides an ideal venue for small to medium-sized weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, and special celebrations. The Terrace Restaurant is open daily for breakfast and lunch, although operating hours may vary based on scheduled events. Whether you're visiting for golf, a family getaway, an RV adventure, or a special occasion, Grandote Peaks offers comfortable accommodations and convenient amenities in a beautiful mountain setting.

Our 4000 SF vacation rental property with central heating and air conditioning

Across from the Golf Course

The Grandote Lodge & RV park is a 4000 SF vacation rental property located right across the street from the Grandote Peaks Golf Course.  The lodge has brand new central air conditioning and heating, front balcony, back covered porch, enclosed yard, and has a direct view of the golf course and the Spanish Peaks, and the river flows along the edge of the property!

With two large porches, 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and the golf course and pizzeria right across the street,  this lodge is great for big parties or sitting outside with a drink and reliving your better golf shots.

The Master Suite

We've got a king bed in the master suite plus a king bed in the entertainment suite, and two pot bellied stoves and a ton of other beds.  Bring your hunting buddies, your wedding party, or your entire family and stay together in one property in beautiful La Veta, Colorado. There are 2.5 bathrooms, but you have full use of the RV Hospitality Suite bathrooms as well.

Welcome to the Ranch House Inn

The Ranch House Inn, located on the other side of the Grandote Hospitality property, boasts 5 motel rooms, each with a theme and two queen beds, except for room 3, which has 2 rooms - one with a queen and the other with two twin beds.

EVENTS CENTER, TERRACE RESTAURANT and RV SHOWERS

In the middle of the property, our restaurant and event center with BBQ pit.  Order food to your room, or stop by and sit on the patio and enjoy the view.  

GRANDOTE RV PARK

Open year round, and located directly across the street from the Grandote Peaks Golf Course, our RV Park has 4 pull thru spots and about 20 back-in spots ranging from 28' to 38' in length.  Rates are $60 per night.  We keep the river spot blocked so everyone has access to look at the Cucharas River.

Call us

The best pricing is available by calling us and telling us how long you want to stay, how many are in your party, and what dates you want.  A deposit of 50% is required to reserve the property and is refundable depending on the above factors 30 days in advance.  During golf season, golf groups have first priority for the Grandote Lodge.
